It shares the same scaled-down Grand Symphony body as its six-string GS Mini counterparts, with a shorter scale length, compact body, and lightweight that make it a dream to play.
As a guitarist, the transition to playing the GS Mini-e Bass is smooth as can be. Sitka spruce and layered maple offer a punchy, direct response with plenty of resonance. With a scale length of 23-1/2", the GS Mini-e Bass is strung with special custom-designed nylon-core D'Addario strings, producing a warm and clear sound with enough of that percussive pop to make it cut through with other musicians in the mix. Onboard, the ES-B pickup features a digital tuner and treble, bass and volume control, making it easy to plug in and get the thick, throaty acoustic bass tone you crave.
