We aim to process orders and get them out the door either the same day or day after your order has been placed. Depending on where you live, our ground shipping options typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship the majority of our products including guitars, basses, amps, etc with UPS. Some smaller things like pedals and accessories ship USPS.

Although we do everything we can to avoid this, unfortunately, it happens. Please reach out to us immediately with details and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the the return & refund. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
