Happy Sunday, y'all! Hope you all enjoy a nice long weekend for Labor Day. That said, just a friendly reminder, we will be closed today and tomorrow for the holiday, but our online store will be up and ready to go! Speaking of, we have some great deals on the Fender family of products, gorgeous new Murphy Labs from Gibson, an out-of-this-world Signature Private Stock from PRS, some portable synths, and more down below. Let's check it out!
Going on now through September 8th, you can save a ton on most of our Squier stock including 40th Anniversary, Classic Vibe, Paranormal models and more. Click here or the image above to be taken straight to the sales page to check out the whole collection. Savings go up to $160, so don't miss out!
Our Fender sale is also still going on! Newsletter subscribers can save 10% on select models from the entire Fender family including Fender, Fender Custom Shop, Squier, Gretsch, Charvel, and EVH. We've been updating this sale every so often and it now includes more basses as well as some EVH amps. If you're not signed up, you can click here, or on the graphic to be taken right to our email signup. Your first email will give you a code and a link for the sale so you can take advantage of it.
Keeping things vibrant, the PRS Private Stock Orianthi Limited Edition Signature model is here. Orianthi is known for working with top musicians, including Carlos Santana, Alice Cooper, Carrie Underwood, and Michael Jackson, and PRS guitars have been in her hands every step of the way. This limited edition is based on the in-demand guitarist’s personalized Custom 24 first made as a one-off artist build by the Private Stock team in 2017.
You know we love our Gibson Murphy Labs here. The aging, hand-tooled craftsmanship, beautiful finishes, gorgeous tones... the whole package. We've recently received a few excellent examples from the collection including an ES-335, a couple Les Pauls (with more on the way), and a pair of remarkable '64 SGs. Personally, I'm absolutely in love with the Ultra Light Aged Pelham Blue finish. The hardware and body aging combined with the classic Maestro Vibrola and Gibson Custom Shop pickups make for an impeccable instrument.
We've had a few used Taylor T5s in the shop recently, but something about the grain on this Walnut topped T5 C4 really gets me. This 2013 model has a Sapele back and neck, Ebony fingerboard and bridge, a Shaded Edgeburst finish, hardshell case, and of course the Taylor T5 electronics.
The Roland AIRA Compact J-S and T-8 have arrived. These tiny desktop models of Roland's acclaimed Juno-6 and TB-303 are game changers. They feature outstanding step sequencers, MIDI for use with external devices or for syncing them together, USB-C connectivity for using with your DAW and charging the onboard lithium ion battery, effects, and more for under $200. There's never been a more affordable way to achieve classic Roland analog sound.
That's going to do it for this week. We'll be back next Sunday with more gear and more news. Until then, thanks for hanging!
