Gear Spotlight - Poison Noises (2022 Update)

Hey, folks! In lieu of a weekly roundup this weekend, we're going to be talking about a brand that is near (literally) and dear to us here at Parkway. You know them, you love them -- Poison Noises.

Founded in 2020 in Schenectady, NY, Poison Noises' mission is to create boutique pedals at an affordable price, and they've spent the last two years doing just that. Their current lineup includes 17 distinct pedals and one Parkway Music Edition Crook V4. I'm not going to dive into all of them here, but they're all absolutely worth checking out, and there is a video for each pedal both on our site, and on theirs.

If you hadn't heard, Poison Noises is re-releasing their entire lineup on August 1st with all new enclosures, new feature sets, and a new EQ called The Roscoe. Coincidentally, our shop Crook launches the same day. To try to make this as easy as possible on everyone, here's what you need to know about the release!

Let's start with everything not Parkway Crook related. We currently have stock of the entire lineup, though it is limited. Everything will be first-come-first-served, so if you're revved up for the new line, even if you think you're going to come pick one up, I might purchase it online for pickup so it's guaranteed to be here for you. If you miss out, we are absolutely ordering more of everything. The best thing you can do is click the notify me button on our site, though. This will give us an idea of how many we should re-order and ensure that there will be enough when they come back in stock.

The process for the Parkway Crook is pretty much the same. If you've already clicked the notify me button, you'll get an email the second they go live tomorrow. As a heads up, we're hoping to have that all set by 11:00 AM at the latest. We open at 10:00. If you miss out, we already have more on order and we're expecting our next batch not too long from now, so, again, if the product shows as sold out after they go live, please click the notifier so you can get signed up for the restock.

That's pretty much it! We're not entirely sure what to expect for tomorrow. This is our first time doing this, and we appreciate all the support we've gotten for this so far. Y'all have been incredible and we appreciate your patience as we figure it out. If you're checking the site for Poison Noises today, just be advised that all old stock has left the building, and all new stock will not be live until tomorrow. We'll post on Instagram the second things go live. Again, thanks so much. We hope to keep this pedal going for as long as you want it. We'll see you tomorrow.

Much love,

Buddy
